UPDATE: Lakewood Police Find Missing Woman, Child

Woman got into a disagreement with roommates and left. Police found her Wednesday afternoon.

Lakewood police have found a woman and her 1-one-year-old daughter, who went missing early Tuesday morning.

Mallori Jarrous, 28, left a home on Warren Road, north of Detroit Avenue at around 5 a.m. Tuesday, with her daughter Emylia, 1, in a stroller. 

“They are alive and well,” said Lakewood Police Capt. Ed Hassing.

Turns out, she Jarrous left after an argument with roommates. 

“She went to another friends home and did not tell her family who were concerned about her and her daughter,” said Hassing.

According to police, Jarrous has custody of the child, however “due to some underlying medical issues” that added some additional concerns.
