ReplyVirginia and French Avenue residents hope the City finishes what was promised last summer and started last fall. Drive north from Andrews Lane on Virginia at 25 mph - it's not the finished product that residents were expecting. Especially when you approach Clifton Blvd: northbound drivers often swerve to the southbound side of the street (a huge water basin when raining) to avoid the high concrete patch on the northbound side.
