I have a passion for helping others get healthy.  5 years ago I became a certified Health Coach with Take Shape for Life a subsidiary of Medifast Inc.  My wife is also a Certified Health Coach and we own a Health Coaching business in the Greater Cleveland area. 

5 years ago I started my health journey by losing 40 lbs on the Take Shape for Life program featuring Medifast and now we coach and support people who are looking to lose the weight, get healthy and stay healhty "For Life" just as we did.  We coach people all across the U.S. on the Medifast 5 & 1 program.   My wife lost 32 lbs and we have both kept the weight off the whole time.  The program is simple, fast, safe, and very effecive for long term health.  We work with Type 1 and 2 diabetes and various other health issues such as GERD's, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, gout, bariatric patients, seniors, and more.
