I am a veteran teacher of the Edmonds School District with twenty+ years experience and have lived in Edmonds since 1964. I am an author who dabbles in multiple genres and I am an active school volunteer. My passion is encouraging adults to step into classrooms to assist teachers.

Recently I've written a book for schools - Educating America: 101 Strategies for Adult Assistants in K-8 Classrooms. Although the book title mentions adult assistants, the book covers practical ideas that everyone who works with children (schools, youth groups, etc.) can use to enhance their interactions.
