Doug Kline is a retired bank trust officer, a Lakewood resident for nearly 40 years, and former co-captain of his neighborhood Block Watch group. He and his partner recently sold their historic Lakewood home and moved to a five-acre parcel of wooded land at Smithville, OH, but he still enjoys learning about Lakewood activities and events.
