I grew up in Reedsville, OH, a small town no one's ever heard of perched on the banks of the Ohio River. I went to Ohio State University, and graduated in 2011 with a BA in public affairs journalism and a minor in international studies. I studied and interned in London, UK this summer, where my appreciation for dapper hats and tailored shirts really came to fruition. I now live in Cleveland, in a small apartment plopped directly between Tremont and Ohio City, with my law-school-attending, debt-incurring girlfriend. In my spare time, I enjoy listening to other people play music, playing a bit of my own, and enjoying hand-crafted, small-batch bourbon and beer. I also have NPR and Netflix on IV Drip. I'm excited to start my career in journalism on the right foot.
