Mario Burks is the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force’s fugitive of the week.
The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Mario Burks, who is accused of shooting four people after he was thrown out of a Cleveland club. Burks is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Cleveland Division of Police. He is charged with four counts of felonious assault with a firearm. It is alleged that, on October 20, 2012, Burks was thrown out of Zulu’s Motorcycle Club House and Cabaret located at 1156 E. 71st St. in Cleveland. After Burks was thrown out he return to Zulu’s with a firearm and shot into the building hitting 4 people. Burks is a 29-year-old black man standing approximately 5’06” and weighing 170 pounds. Charles Farris III is the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force’s fugitive of the week.
The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is looking for information on Charles Farris III, the task force’s latest fugitive of the week. Farris is wanted for charges including robbery, failure to register as a sex offender and parole violation, according to a press release from the task force. He is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Lorain County Sheriff’s Office, as well as the Elyria Police Department and the Ohio Adult Parole Authority. Allegedly, Farris robbed a Speedway in Elyria last November. The incident took place early in the morning, around 3 a.m. on Nov. 10. Farris reportedly ordered a store clerk inside, and said he had a gun. Once inside, he told another clerk to give him money from the cash registers. Farris left …

Keith Bush is wanted for murder.
Keith Bush, the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force’s current fugitive of the week, turned himself in Tuesday morning, Ryan Helfrich of the U.S. Marshals said in an email. After seeing himself on the news Monday night, Bush decided to turn himself in to the Cleveland Police, Helfrich said. Bush is wanted for murder. Antonio Armstrong is the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force's fugitive of the week.
The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is looking for information on Antonio Armstrong, a wanted fugitive who was recently the subject of a police chase. Armstrong is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Willoughby Police Department for felonious assault on a police officer, according to a release from the task force. On Jan. 7, a Willoughby police officer tried to stop Armstrong, who had gone to a local hotel to meet a prostitute, according to the release. Armstrong then fled the scene, nearly hitting an officer and intentionally running into a police car. He began driving the wrong way on Interstate 90, hitting another police car, until he crashed on East 185th Street in Cleveland. He then fled the scene on foot. Armstrong was …

Christopher Johnson is the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force's fugitive of the week.
The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is looking for information on Christopher Johnson. Johnson is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Cleveland police for domestic violence, according to a release from the task force. Police say he attacked his pregnant girlfriend in August in what they call a “brutal attack.” He allegedly hit her with his hands and a set of pliers, and shoved her into a wall and onto the floor. Johnson fled when the police arrived. Johnson, 21, is about 6’0” and 190 pounds. He’s thought to be hiding in the Cleveland area and used to live near the 15200 block of Maple Park Drive in Maple Heights. The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is on the lookout for Anthony Dowell II. Dowell is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Shaker Heights Police Department for attempted murder. According to a press release from the task force, Dowell shot—and nearly killed—a friend after a fight over a dice game back in October. The friend got on an RTA bus and got away. Dowell, 30, is about 5’11” and 170 pounds. He’s thought to be hiding in the Cleveland area, and he used to live near the 1000 block of Roanoke Road in Cleveland Heights. The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force took Anthony “Face” Willis into custody earlier this week.
The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force captured a wanted fugitive—and amateur rapper—early Wednesday morning. Anthony “Face” Willis, 32, was wanted for attempted murder and for failing to appear on an earlier felonious assault charge. Willis was featured on Patch sites as the task force’s fugitive of the week for Dec. 3. Apparently, Willis was pretty confident that he wouldn’t get caught. According to a release from the task force, he published a rap song called “On the Run” on YouTube last month. The video includes lots of explicit language, a gun and suspected use of narcotics. The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is looking for information on Toni Smith-Drake, the task force’s fugitive of the week. The U.S. Marshals and the United States Secret Service are both looking for Smith-Drake for a variety of charges, according to a press release from the task force. Smith-Drake is wanted for aggravated identity theft, fraudulent use of someone’s social security number, transportation of stolen property, securities and money, and for forging endorsements on U.S. Treasury Bonds. Allegedly, Smith-Drake—along with the help of others—stole and fraudulently negotiated an elderly female’s U.S. Savings Bonds. They were able to get more than $200,000 from the bonds. Tip to U.S. Marshal's office led to Roy Young's arrest.
The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force’s “Fugitive of the Week" was arrested in Cleveland today, U. S. Marshal Peter J. Elliot confirmed. Roy Young Jr. was caught just after 1 p.m. on Dec. 11, one day after being named Fugitive of the Week. Young was initially believed to be hiding in Lorain County. “We grabbed him this afternoon,” Elliot, of the Northern District of Ohio Marshal's office, said. “We caught him in the 3400 block near W. 120 in Cleveland.” Elliot said it was a hotline tip that led to Young’s arrest. “We arrested him there,” Elliot said. “He was not armed.” Elliot said Young was alone when arrested.
