The new bar, owned by Mickey Krivosh and family, is slated to open its doors to the public on Friday.
The front sign is up; the stage is built; and the large doors to the spacious patio finished. Even the vintage sign from the Detroit Theatre is mounted on the wall. Vosh, the city’s newest jazz hotspot, is slated to open its doors to the public at 1414 Riverside Drive at 7 p.m. Friday. “We wanted to create a new environment to entertain blues, jazz, Motown and more,” said Mickey Krivosh, who co-owns the venue with his family. “We put a lot time and effort in here.” The 5,000-square-foot space was once the shipping and receiving portion of the cosmetics company Bonne Bell. This isn’t Krivosh’s first go-round at running a business in Lakewood. He opened Around the Corner in 1975. Last year, Krivosh and his son, Ryan, bought the Bell family’…

Owners of Around the Corner and Georgetown expected to open new music venue in the former Bonne Bell building.
The owner of two popular restaurants Around the Corner and Georgetown is planning to open another hotspot on the west end of Lakewood. This one will serve up live jazz music. Mickey Krivosh submitted plans to the city signaling the expected spring opening of Vosh, at 1414 Riverside Drive in the historic property of the Bonne Bell cosmetics company. Krivosh originally intended to name the spot Club 1006, a nod to a popular Bonne Bell cosmetics line. Last year, Krivosh and his son, Ryan, bought the Bell family’s popular Three Birds restaurant and changed the name to Georgetown. But the restaurant has kept its reputation as one of the city’s finer eateries. The city’s architectural board of review is expected to vote on the architectural …

New owners pay tribute to the Bell family who owned the property — including the Georgetown row houses — for generations. The new jazz club will be called Ten-O-Six.
Same food, ambience and dining experience. New name. The restaurant formerly known as Three Birds has changed its name to Georgetown, a nod to the Bell family who owned the property — including the adjacent Georgetown row houses — for generations. The new jazz club will be called Club Ten-O-Six. In another tribute to the Bell family, Ten-O-Six was the name of the Bonne Belle famous cosmetics line. New owners, father and son, Mickey and Ryan Krivosh, who also own the nearby Around the Corner, made it all official at a special event on Tuesday evening. More than 100 people turned out for the event at the restaurant at 18515 Detroit Ave. The previously owner, James Bell — who has owned the restaurant for the past eight years — sold the …

The restaurant opens its new patio, working on adjacent jazz club.
When Mickey Krivosh and his son, Ryan, took over the popular Three Birds restaurant in April, the plans were to eventually change the name. That time has come — and the owners of the Detroit Avenue fine-dining establishment are asking for the community's input. According to cleveland.com, Mickey and Ryan Krivosh are planning a contest to select a new name for the restaurant: They are working out the details, but the contest would allow for submissions from patrons. The patron who provides the winning name would be awarded dinner for two and a bottle of wine. The contest should begin soon. Other than new patio seating and a jazz club in the works in a portion of the adjacent Bonne Bell building, there have been few changes. All of the …
