The sign for That’s Nuts — a new business on Madison Avenue specializing in gourmet nut spreads — went up on Thursday afternoon. The new business, located in the space most-recently occupied by LaBella Cupcakes, is expected to open next month. That’s Nuts owner Meilio Bakich, said he’d like to keep a lid on more of the details until the store is closer to opening. “I’m just trying to create a little mystique,” he said, smiling.
