Browns Fans: Are You Cheering Against the Ravens in the Super Bowl?

The Baltimore Ravens and San Francisco 49ers will battle it out for the Super Bowl on Sunday.

If you're a Cleveland Browns fan, you know that it's really going to be the "once-upon-a-time" Browns that will take the field against the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday. The Baltimore Ravens play in Super Bowl 47 on Feb. 3 at 6:30 p.m on CBS (Channel 19-WOIO) It's the Ravens second Super Bowl appearance since 1996, when the late Art Modell moved the Browns from Cleveland to Baltimore. In that same span, Browns fans have suffered through years without football and a consistently lousy football team that boasts only one playoff appearance, ending in a heart-breaking loss to Pittsburgh. Lakewood Native Playing in the Spotlight of Super Bowl

Alex Boone, who played at St. Edward High School, is in New Orleans ready to rumble in Super Bowl XLVII.

Lakewood native Alex Boone is ready for Super Bowl XLVII on Sunday. The San Francisco 49ers offensive lineman, who is a product of St. Edward High School and the Ohio State University, took time to talk with the Akron Beacon Journal this week. Boone, who has been called one of the most underpaid players in the NFL, discussed topics ranging from his preparedness for Sunday’s big game to President Barack Obama saying he wouldn’t let his son play football.
