LOOK: Kauffman Park Plans Unveiled
Bryan Evans, the volunteer designer for an upgraded Kauffman Park, led a presentation of the new plans on Wednesday. He shared some of those plans with Lakewood Patch.
Following last Wednesday’s public forum at the Lakewood Public Library to discuss proposed changes at Kauffman Park, volunteer presenter Bryan Evans sat down with Lakewood Patch to go over his slide-show again. Evans, who’s on the LakewoodAlive design committee, partnered with Friends of Kauffman Park to volunteer planning the redesign of the park. The three ways, he said, to make the park a destination: education, exploration and entertainment.
