The Lakewood man accused of driving his vehicle into a crowded street festival was arraigned on a charge of aggravated vehicular homicide in Cleveland Municipal Court on Tuesday morning. The case against Timothy Spock, 34, of Beach Parkway, was turned over to a Cuyahoga County grand jury. His bond was set at $150,000. He faces a second-degree felony for the crash that killed Lakewood man Mitch Andelmo, and injured four others, at the Dancin’ in the Street festival on Clifton Boulevard on Sunday night. Timothy Spock, 34, faces a charge of vehicular manslaughter after he allegedly drove his into a crowd of people at the annual street Dancin’ in the Street event on Clifton Boulevard near W. 117th Street in Cleveland. Spock was charged on Monday afternoon with aggravated vehicular homicide and is scheduled to appear in court this morning following the death of Mitchell G. Timothy Spock, 34, of Beach Parkway, was taken into custody July 29 following the accident that killed one and injured four others. Spock was charged on Monday afternoon with aggravated vehicular homicide and is scheduled to appear in court on at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday. A news release by Cleveland police confirmed Mitchell G.
