No Pink Slime here. Cut fresh daily, the meat is high quality and very fair priced. They make on site homemade sausage, brats, and so many other great butcher meats that it is hard to make a decision sometimes. And then there is the deli and the awesome sandwiches they make. I'm always greeted at the door and if you have any question, they are more than happy to explain how they make it or how to cook it. The best!

I moved to Lakewood 6 years ago and found this Butcher/deli while exploring my new city. What I found was a great group of people that greet you by name, know your sandwich order and also the most knowledgeable butcher around. The meat is fresh, hand cut on site, and will give you great cooking tips.
You seriously can't go wrong by shopping here.
I know of few places, if any, where I can actually have a relationship with my butcher. I learn something every time I walk in the door and I trust them above all other "butchers" out there.
