Paid the $12 to get my car washed, when I proceeded into the bay, things went haywire, it skipped the entire washing process and went straight to the final stage of the car wash- drying the vehicle. I called the number listed on the payment box, it was a fax machine. Will never use this laser wash again
They blew out my moonroof and according to BBB they don't tend to answer calls of complaint. I plan on making a civil suit.
Do not go here!!! Put $20 in the machine won't give change. The receipt said to see attendant for my change but there is NO attendant! Called their 216 712 7662 number for help. NO answer and can't leave a message. I'll NEVER be back and I called the Better Business Bureau, here's the BBBs number 216 241 7678 This business needs to start satisfying their customers and FIX Their Issues!! If they don't, They need to GO!!
