If you try to complain about your pizza being over 1 hour late or cold, or anything THEY WILL HANG UP ON YOU! If you drive to the store to tell the manager they will will curse at you and call you homophobic slurs, and any variety of profanity! Never order from them.

Nunzio's was established in 1990 and currently has pizzerias in Lakewood and Cleveland, with another opening at Akron University in the near future. Nunzio's was voted the "Best Pizza in Cleveland" in 2009 and again in 2010. Unlike most pizza places, it takes orders for delivery from its entire menu until 3:15 a.m. six days a week and accepts all major credit cards.

They incorrectly delivered a pizza to my house once. (I had ordered previously so they had my information). After I turned away the delivery driver, they left several messages telling me that I was banned from ordering on the phone and had to come in to order because 'this is the 5th time you've ordered and then turned the delivery away.'
None of that was true. I haven't been back since.
