Now this is good eating. Some advice - DO NOT SHORT-CHANGE YOURSELF, GET THE CHEESE-FOOD DIPPING SAUCE! The cheese-dip is great on everything Mr. Hero has on their menu excpet for maybe the orange drank. Yum!

Mr. Hero opened on Cleveland's west side in 1965, and has since expanded across northeast Ohio. The restaurant offers specialty submarine sandwiches. Chandrakant Patel opened this Lakewood location in 2004, and his brother opened the Westlake Mr. Hero at the same time. In 2010, the restaurant was named a "Be Food Safe" winner by the Cuyahoga County Board of Health. Mr. Hero is committed to using proprietary recipes to differentiate itself from other fast food restaurants. Famous for its Romanburger, the restaurant also offers subs, pasta and a Hot Buttered Cheesesteak sandwich, among other menu items.
