Since 1975, Cornucopia has been aiding those with disabilities find employment by providing vocational training in several areas. Cornucopia runs a local natural foods market in Lakewood called Nature's Bin, which is used as a training facility for its program. Cornucopia trainees are also placed at other locations all over the Cleveland area, including the Target in University Heights and Eliza Jennings on Detroit Road. Cornucopia serves people with many types of disabilities, including autism, mental illness, hearing or speech impairments, among others.
