City of Lakewood Public Works Department

The Department of Public Works has no shortage of responsibility. The department handles the engineering department, fleet management, the parks, parking facilities, refuse and recycling, streets and forestry, wastewater collection and treatment, and the Winterhurst Ice Rink. The department is headed by Joe Beno, a lifelong Lakewood resident.
