Located around the corner on Detroit at the western end of Lakewood, Around the Corner offers weekly specials including two-for-one burgers, 39-cent wings and $2 pints of Coors Light. The restaurant and bar also frequently hosts musical acts as well as crab races several times each week. This place is great if you enjoy wall to wall dudes in spray tan and hair gel. It's like all the jerks from the local frat come to the same place or something. Overcrowded, overpriced, music is way too loud and the people are obnoxious. Lakewood has far better bars to spend your time in.
