Abode Living — the developers of the proposed Clifton Pointe project — aren't wasting any time joining the community.

Last week, the "modern lifestyle developers" hosted a reception at to preview their newest luxury community, eco-townhomes of Lakewood's .

At the reception, Abode donated a rooftop cocktail party for 25 people to a raffle to raise money for the .

They raised $1,200 for the community arts center.
