LHS Ranger Marching Band Performs at Ohio State

Lakewood High Ranger Marching Band Performs at Ohio State vs. Nebraska Skull Session.

The Lakewood High School Ranger Marching Band traveled to The Ohio State University on Saturday, October 6th to participate in the 2012 Homecoming Skull Session at St. John Arena prior to the nationally televised OSU-Nebraska game. This by-invitation-only appearance by the Ranger Marching Band & auxiliaries (Flags & Rangerettes) was an opportunity to perform in front of a packed house, including the OSU Marching Band, the OSU Athletic Band, and the OSU Men's Glee Club. Brutus the Buckeye, the 2012 Ohio State Buckeye football team, and Head Coach Urban Meyer also made appearances at the event. Thanks to Lakewood City Schools, the Board of Education and LHS Administration for making this trip possible.
