Community Update

I would never go here again nor would I recommend anyone else to.

The location and atmosphere inside is very well done. I was welcomed by the receptionist and took my seat. Then proceeded to wait 15 minutes past my appointment before I was brought in. I should have known from there.

My stylist was Erin. I proceeded to tell her I was new to the area and about to leave for a vacation. I wanted a haircut before I went. I pulled out a printed sheet with six photos. I told Erin this is how I want my hair to look. Let's please start long and go shorter. In my pictures the hair on top of my head is roughly 3.5 inches long. I am male.

She proceeds to turn me sideways so I cannot see my cut and quickly rushed through. The entire cut probably lasted twenty minutes. It was one of the worst cuts I've ever gotten. I would have been better off with a buzz cut. It was uneven and in many parts she cut INTO my hairline. The hair on the top of my head was roughly 3/4 to 1 inch long. Not nearly what I had in my pictures; which by the way, she never glanced at during my cut.

She then proceeded to argue with me that her cut matched my photos. Erin argued with me, the customer. I had the photos directly in front of me. It was obvious they didn't match.

I was offered that I did not have to pay. OF course I wouldn't. I am going to have to go somewhere else to get a buzz cut so it can at least be symmetrical. My high spirits for the weekend have been dampened a bit. I will certainly be wearing a hat for pictures.
