As Cleveland sports fans, we know one thing: Whatever high hopes we have can come crashing down like a fat drunk high-wiring it on the safety rails of the upper deck.
The Browns, though, heading into last night’s game against the Indianapolis Colts, were 2-0 and looking, well, not too bad. So, we can dream, can’t we?

Before the season means anything, we need to put up with one last money grab from the NFL, that thing called pre-season football. Nobody seems to like these games, and attendance in Cleveland for these quasi-contests has looked something like that of the 1970s Indians in September.
So, we ask you: Have you shelled out your hard-earned cash for any of these glorified practices the NFL calls pre-season games? Should the league just ditch them already?
