New Youth Program - Running Club Info Session

The Lakewood Family YMCA will have a free Running Club Info Session Saturday June 25, 2011 from 10am - 12 pm. Come learn how your child can train for the new YMCA One Mile Fun Run and other athletic events. This new program incorporates goal setting, running techniques, clinics, nutrition tips, fun, and more. Come learn how your child can be a part of  these new opportunites and have some fun.
