School Board OKs New Assistant Principal at Garfield Middle School

The approved the hiring of Tony Chiaravalle as the new assistant principal of . 

He comes with nine years of special education teaching experience and has spent the last several years as an assistant principal at Sheffield Middle School, Assistant Superintendent Jeff Patterson said. 

After Patterson’s remarks, Chiaravalle took the podium, thanked the school board, introduced his wife and children who attend class in the district and said he’s eager to seize the new opportunity.
