Set Sail on a Cruise Around the World at St. Edward High School’s Wings Auction

The St. Edward High School community is setting sail on a cruise around the world, Wings Auction 2012: An International Celebration, on Saturday, March 31 at 6:00 p.m. in the school’s Main Gymnasium.

St. Edward’s annual gala has raised more than $2.3 million since 1996 to support student scholarships and programs.  This year’s Wings Auction is being co-chaired by Judy and Henry Hilow ’74 & Peggy & John McCaffrey ’79.

This year’s theme pays homage to the international community that is growing at St. Edward since its announcement of bringing the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme to the all-male, Catholic school in Lakewood.  Not only will guests enjoy a menu inspired by foods from around the world, but they will have the opportunity to bid on a number of internationally themed auction items, including a country home on Ireland’s west coast.
