Live Well Lakewood's Eat Well Lakewood

Live Well Lakewood, a grassroots community organization dedicated to promoting healthy, active living in Lakewood, is sponsoring an event to teach you how to prepare healthy, delicious meals quickly and on a budget and to make healthy choices while dining out.

This program will focus on ways to improve the way we eat and the choices we make. From 1:00–4:00PM you can browse displays in the east cafeteria; pick up tips on nutrition; and receive a free glucose screening. At 1:00, 2:15 and 3:00PM we have special guest chef demonstrations in the Culinary Arts Demo Room.
