Free Glass Fusing Workshop

Start the New Year with an exciting and energizing workshop to introduce you to Warm Glass Fusing. Spend time with your colleagues, fellow educators 1-12, or anyone interested in learning about fused glass. Enjoy refreshments and gain a taste of the possibilities of glass fusing in your school or studio.

What: A two and a half hour FREE WORKSHOP to introduce Dan's upcoming Fused Glass courses taught through the Cleveland Institute of Art at his Lakewood studio.

Where: The Daniel Pruitt Studio Suite C-287 at The Lake Erie Screw Building 13000 Athens Ave. Lakewood.

Who: Daniel Pruitt Instructor and glass fusing artist. Dan taught in the North Olmsted high school Art Department and has 30 years of teaching experience, 13 in glass fusing.

In 2010 Dan was selected by the Superintendent as "Teacher of the Year" for the North Olmsted City Schools.

In 2011 he offered fused glass Pendant Workshops thru the Lakewood Recreation Department. You may also have seen him at Cain Park or Crocker Park this past summer in their outdoor Art Festivals.

In December he was involved with the IX Christmas Connection at the Cleveland International Exposition Center and two Open Studio events at his studio in the Screw Factory in Lakewood.
