The LHS Boys Varsity B Cross Country Team competed in Race #25- the Boys Varsity "B" Race(large schools) at the McQuaid Jesuit Cross Country Invitational on Sat. Sept. 28th in Genesee Valley Park, Rochester, NY.
This last race of the day saw 31 teams and 376 runners competing under almost perfect racing conditions. The Rangers finished 7th place overall. They were led by Freshman Ty'Saun Blevins, finishing 22nd in 17:20. Senior JT Rinehart, 17:47 finished 47th, while Sophomore Jimmy Toner finished 56th in 17:53 followed closely by Freshman Gunner Stockman, 17:59 in 61st place. Rounding out the scoring for the Rangers was Senior Cooper Brown who finished 87th in 18:20. Also competing for the Rangers were Seniors Cooper Strachan 96th in 18:32 and Colin Levis, 18:33 for 99th place.
The perennially fast course saw 10/14 Rangers running personal best, aka, setting "PR's" on Saturday.
