28 Lakewood Properties in Foreclosure Scheduled for Sheriff’s Sale in December

Seven of these properties will go to bid on Dec. 24 and Dec. 31.

Twenty-eight foreclosed Lakewood properties were scheduled to go to bid in December, according to the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s website

So far, eight have been sold, 10 have been withdrawn and three were not sold because there were no bidders or no bids. Another seven will go to bid later this month. 

In November, 16 properties went to sheriff’s sale, and 10 sold.
