13 Foreclosed Lakewood Properties Still Up for Bid in February

One property has already sold this month.

There are 13 foreclosed properties in Lakewood that are going to sheriff’s sale later this month, according to the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office website

One property was already sold on Feb. 4 for $74,750, and another that was up for bid on that date was not marked as sold. There were 17 properties sold in January. Another five were withdrawn and one was not sold because of a lack of bids.

Feb. 11

  • 2037 Waterbury Rd.—Appraised value: $50,000; Minimum bid: $33,334
  • 12700 Lake Ave.—Appraised value: $100,000; Minimum bid: $66,667
  • 1438 Wagar Ave.—Appraised value: $60,000; Minimum bid: $40,000
  • 14230 Garfield Ave.—Appraised value: $40,000; Minimum bid: $26,667
  • 2080 Reveley Ave.—Appraised value: $80,000; Minimum bid: $53,334

Feb. 19

  • 1509 Wagar Ave.—Appraised value: $65,000; Minimum bid: $43,334
  • 2100 Wascana Ave.—Appraised value:  $35,000; Minimum bid: $23,334
  • 2123 Chesterland Ave.—Appraised value:  $36,000; Minimum bid: $24,000

Feb. 25

  • 1366 Gladys Ave.—Appraised value: $65,000; Minimum bid: $43,334
  • 1192 Elbur Ave.—Appraised value: $110,000; Minimum bid: $73,334
  • 1599 Lakewood Ave.—Appraised value: $32,000; Minimum bid: $21,334
