13 Foreclosed Lakewood Properties Still Up for Bid in February

One property has already sold this month.

There are 13 foreclosed properties in Lakewood that are going to sheriff’s sale later this month, according to the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office website

One property was already sold on Feb. 4 for $74,750, and another that was up for bid on that date was not marked as sold. There were 17 properties sold in January. Another five were withdrawn and one was not sold because of a lack of bids.
