Fatigue, Fat and Hormone Stress Be Gone

Balancing the blood sugar & supporting stressed body systems through proper supplementation can have a tremendous effect on your overall health and well-being.

Remember the old saying, “There are only 2 certainties in life: Death & Taxes”? Many women agree we could easily add hormone angst to the list. 

When it comes to PMS we’ve been convinced by so many Pamprin commercials that pre-menstrual misery is just part of life... and that there’s a pill to make it all go away.  (The thing is though, it inevitably returns just 4 weeks later.) 

And menopause? Sure it’s a fact of life for us all, but does it really have to be a life disrupting experience?  Hot flashes, weight gain, little hairs to be plucked from your chinny-chin-chin... Is all that really necessary? 

What many women don’t know is the inseparable connections between stress, blood sugar and hormones.  And that no, PMS and menopausal misery are not amongst life’s certainties.
