Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Timothy J. McGinty said at the time that Operation Rise and Shine targeted traders of child pornography across the state.

Using new technology, detectives identified IP addresses being used to trade and download child pornography pictures and videos.

As part of his plea agreement, Snider will be classified as a Tier II sex offender.

He’s expected to appear for sentencing in Kathleen Ann Sutula’s courtroom on July 29.
