Landlord Training Seminar

There will be a Landlord Training Seminar on Tuesday, Jan. 31 from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Lakewood City Hall Auditorium.

This seminar is designed to introduce the Lakewood Landlord Training Manual to landlords and discuss various issues, including fair housing, the eviction process and the tenant screening process. Attendance at the session fulfills one of the newly imposed obligations landlords now have in Lakewood. This will also be an opportunity for the city to field questions from landlords about city protocol and procedures.
