Finance Committee Meeting

The Finance Committee will meet Monday, May 21,  2012 at 6:30 PM in the Jury Room of Lakewood City Hall, 12650 Detroit Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio.  The agenda is as follows:

ORDINANCE NO. 29-12 -  AN ORDINANCE to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least five (5) members of Council, or otherwise to take effect at the earliest period allowed by law, amending Section 1775.01, Weed, Tall Grass, Nuisance Vegetation or Growths over Sidewalks; Removal, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood for the purpose of strengthening the procedures involving collection of fees related to the City’s abatement of nuisances related to tall weeds and grass.  (PLACED ON 1STREADING & REFERRED TO THE FINANCE COMMITTEE 5/7/12) (Pg.16)
