It’s all got to go.

The city of Lakewood is hosting an online auction, selling about a dozen items.

But you’d better act fast. The sale — at govdeals.com — ends on Monday.

Half of items for sale are vehicles — with current bids starting at $505. But there are other things for sale, too, including vintage parking meets — with current bids as low as $16.99.

“The items have been forfeited to the city or are obsolete and no longer needed,” said Chief Timothy Malley.

Jenn Pae, the director, said the there’s a minimum bid for each item — depending on what it is.

“The proceeds of the sale goes back to (the) fund the item is from,” said Pae.

For example: Items that were forfeited will go toward the Law Enforcement Trust Fund, a fund set up for this purpose. Parking meters will go the parking fund.

And so on.

Items not sold by Monday would be scrapped or tossed out.

“Good thing about it is that it is local,” Malley said. “No shipping.”
