Several Car-Break-ins, Burglaries Reported on April 25

Burglary: A man returned to his home on McClure Drive to find that his back door had been kicked in and prescription drugs stolen in the early morning of April 25.

Drunken driving: Police received a report of a man drifting through a few lanes of traffic on flat tire in the 14900 block of Lake Avenue at around 2 a.m. April 25. When officers stopped the vehicle, they found the driver intoxicated. He was arrested, charged with drunk driving.

Wallet stolen: A resident told police that someone stole his wallet from his parked car in the driveway of his home in the 2000 block of Wascana Avenue in the early morning of April 25.

Another car break-in: A resident in the 14600 block of Armin Avenue told police that the vehicle parked in the driveway had been broken into.

Burglary: A resident reported that someone broke into a home in the 14200 block of Garfield Avenue in the early morning of April 25. However, nothing was reported missing.

Copper pipes stolen: Copper pipes were reported stolen from a vacant house in the 2100 block of Bunts Road at around 11:30 a.m. April 25.

Car break-in: A resident told police that a vehicle in the 1200 block of St. Charles Avenue had been broken into on April 25.

Burglary: A home in the 2100 block of Mars Avenue was reported burglarized on April 25.
