Police Blotter: Host of Charges Following Hot Pursuit

The following arrest information was supplied by the Lakewood Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Hot pursuit

Two men fled the scene of a two-car accident near 1200 Warren Road around 2:30 a.m. Jan. 26. caught one man at the intersection of Warren Road and Clifton Boulevard, while the other man jumped over a fence and ran down St. Charles Avenue, until he was caught in the 1300 block and arrested. The men were charged with obstruction, drug abuse, operating a vehicle intoxicated and hit skip.

A woman was charged with child endangering around 3:45 p.m. Jan. 26 when she had to be taken to the hospital after passing out from intoxication in front of her three young children.

Robbed at gun point

A man was robbed at gun point around 6:30 p.m. in the 2100 block of Alger Avenue Jan. 26. The robber made out with headphones and an iPod.

Strange encounter

A man told police around 1 p.m. Jan. 27 he was aggressively approached by a male with white froth around his mouth when he asked the man what his problem was after the man was driving left of center on Hilliard Avenue.

The wrong kind of "hits"...

Police were called to an apartment in the 1600 block of Robinwod Avenue around 3:30 a.m. Jan. 28 to stop a fight in another apartment. Turns out, two teenagers were filming a YouTube video.

Stolen mannequin

The mannequin in front of was stolen Saturday around 4:15 p.m.
