Police Blotter: Drunk Man Tasered; Rape; Kids Throwing Bricks

The following arrest information was supplied by the Lakewood Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

"Psychiatric situation"

An intoxicated man was Tasered after he become unruly with police officers in front of at around 1 a.m. Oct. 6. Police were called to the scene about the man who was taking off his clothes in the middle of W. 117th Street. Officers filed the report as a “psychiatric situation.”

Rape

A woman in the 13000 block of Clifton Boulevard told police that she was raped Oct. 8. She was taken to Fairview Hospital. Police are investigating.

A man was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct after he refused to leave on W. 117th Street at around 2 a.m. Oct. 6.

Burglary, grand theft auto

A home in the 1500 block of Onondaga Avenue was reported broken into at around 5:30 p.m. Oct. 3. The car keys and the car were reported stolen.

Drug posession

A man and two women were charged with possession of drugs after police received a call about a possible drug deal in the parking lot of the on Madison Avenue at around 6 p.m. Oct. 6.

Another drug possession charge

A man was charged with felony drug possession following a traffic stop near the intersection of Clarence and Detroit avenues at around 4:45 a.m. Oct. 7.

Litterbug

A man was charged with littering at the on Hilliard Road at around 9 p.m. Oct. 7.

Brick throwing nets arrest

Two juvenile boys were arrested and charged with criminal damaging after they were caught throwing bricks through windows at the abandoned  on Detroit Avenue at around 9:30 p.m. Oct. 8.
