Police Blotter: Disturbance at Lakewood Hospital Nets Two Arrests

The following arrest information was supplied by the Lakewood Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Resisting arrest

A man and a woman were each charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct after a disturbance at the emergency room at  at 11:20 p.m. Dec. 7.

Police got a call of a possible overdose in the 1500 block of Chesterland Avenue at around 10:15 a.m. Dec. 7. When officers showed up the car was running, and a man had a hypodermic needle sticking out of his arm. He was charged with dangerous drugs. 

Drug abuse

A man was arrested and charged with drug abuse following a traffic stop in the 15500 block Hilliard Avenue at around 3 a.m. Dec. 5.

Burglary

The back door a home in the 2100 block of Clarence Avenue was kicked in and items were reported missing from the home at around 4 p.m. Dec. 6.
