Drunken driving, crashes
Police received a call that a woman struck two parked vehicles on Clifton Boulevard at around 12:30 a.m. July. Police caught up with the woman after she struck a utility pole on W. 117th Street. She was arrested and charged with operating vehicle under the influence.
Providing false information

A woman was arrested and charged with providing false information after she tried to pick up a prescription from on Detroit Avenue at around 12:30 a.m. July 22. The store’s database alerted employees to call police if she tried to fill a prescription.
Man has seizure while riding his motorcycle

A man had a seizure while riding his motorcycle in the 12000 block of Clifton Boulevard at around 9 p.m. July 22. Some people nearby held him up, while they waited for EMS to arrive. The man was taken to the hospital, treated and released.
Weapons charge
Following a traffic stop near the intersection of Madison and Elmwood avenues, a man was arrested and charged with driving under suspension and unauthorized transaction of weapons at around 10 p.m. July 22.
Arson
Someone set fire to a pile of wood in the backyard of a resident in the 17000 block of Madison Avenue at around 1 a.m. July 23. The caller extinguished the fire before firefighters arrived.
