Men Sentenced to 20 Years for Burglaries, Including Four In Lakewood

Gregory Duncan, 22, and Jayve Jackson, 21, both pleaded guilty to a host of charges, including burglary, theft and possession of criminal tools.

Two Cleveland men have each been sentenced to 10 years in prison for several burglaries around Northeast Ohio, including four in Lakewood.

Gregory Duncan, 22, and Jayve Jackson, 21, both pleaded guilty last month to a host of charges, including burglary, theft and possession of criminal tools.

Between March 2012 and December 2012, the pair burglarized 15 homes and apartments around Northeast Ohio, said Maria Russo, the spokeswoman for the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office.

Duncan was caught during a Cleveland burglary-in-progress on Dec. 20; and Cleveland police caught up with Jackson a couple days later.

Judge Brian Corrigan also ordered them to pay a total of $24,334 in restitution to their victims.
