Man Stabbed By His Child’s Mother

Domestic violence: A woman was charge with felony domestic violence and disorderly conduct after she stabbed her child’s father in the 1200 block of Clifton Prado at around 5:30 p.m. Sept. 25.
Car break-ins: At least a few cars were broken into in the 1300 block of Ethel Avenue on Sept. 25 and Sept. 26, with only a few items reported stolen.
Shoplifting, drug charges: A man was charged with petty theft, public intoxication and drug abuse after he was caught shoplifting from the Walgreens on Detroit Avenue at around 12:15 a.m. Sept. 26. Officers found hypodermic needles while they were searching him.

Stolen bike: A bicycle was reported stolen from a shed in the 1400 block of Ethel Avenue on Sept. 26.
Attempted breaking and entering: Police received a report that someone tried to pry open the doors at the Family Dollar store at around 11 a.m. Sept. 27.

Riding a bike, carrying baby: Police received a report that a man was riding his bike on Detroit Avenue while carrying a baby at around 1 p.m. Sept. 27. Officers were unable to locate the man.
Burglary: Three men reportedly burglarized a home in the 2200 block of Emily Avenue on Sept. 28. Officers were unable to locate the burglars.
