Man Dancing in the Street With His Pants Down: Police received a report of a man “dancing with his pants down and acting very strange” in the 2190 block of McKinley Avenue at around 10 a.m. June 22. Officers were unable to find the man. But in case you’re wondering, it was a full moon.

Domestic violence: A woman was assaulted by her boyfriend in the 1400 block of Roycroft Avenue at around 12:30 a.m. June 21. The man was arrested and charged with domestic violence. The woman refused medical treatment.

Drug charge: A man who told police that he was assaulted by a man with brass knuckles at the Lakewood Village bar at around 1:30 a.m. June 21, was himself charged with drug paraphernalia.

Disorderly conduct: Police received a report of a man entering vehicles in the 14900 block of Delaware Avenue at around 4:30 a.m. June 21. Police caught the man minutes later and charged him with disorderly conduct.

Stealing a baby’s bike: A toddler’s bicycle was reported stolen from a home in the 2300 block of Niagara Drive on June 21.

Theft? Nope. Good Samaritan: A man told police that he left his iPad on the roof of his car in the 12000 block of Edgewater Drive and someone stole it on June 21. The man who took it contacted the man and returned the iPad.

False alarm: A man told police that someone assaulted him and there is a man “looking at him (who) has a gun,” at Around the Corner at around 2 a.m. June 22. Turns out, the man made up the story. He was charged with disorderly conduct and making false alarms.

Breaking and entering: A vacant home in the 1500 block of Winton Avenue was broken into and its copper pipes stripped on June 23.

Dog bite: A man in the 1400 block of Rosewood Avenue was taken to the ER at Fairview Hospital after he claims he was bitten by a pit bull at around 9 p.m. June 23. The dog in question was found in the 1400 block of Lakeland Avenue.

Parking meter down: A woman driving a van struck a parking meter in the city municipal parking lot at 1377 Gladys Avenue at around 2 p.m. June 25, then drove away. Police were unable to locate the driver.

Tree lands on cars, utility line: During the storm, a tree in the 13000 block of Detroit Avenue land on two cars and a power line at around 4:30 p.m. June 25. However, no injuries were reported and the power line wasn’t a high-voltage line.

Robbery: A man was charged with robbery after he struck a security guard with a skateboard at the Discount Drug Mart at 15412 Detroit Avenue at around 1:30 p.m. June 26. Police arrested the man a short time later, and charged another man with obstructing official business.
