Man Attacked With Kitchen Knife

The following arrest information was supplied by the Lakewood Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Felonious assault

A man was charged with felonious assault after he stabbed another man with a kitchen knife in an apartment in the 11800 block of Edgewater Drive at around 3:20 p.m. Dec. 15. The extent of the victim’s non-life-threatening injuries was not reported.

Accused shoplifter faces several charges

A man accused of stealing from the Walgreens on Detroit Avenue at around 1:45 a.m. Dec. 15 faces several charges after allegedly stealing from the store. In addition to a petty theft charge, he was also charged with disorderly conduct and drug paraphernalia. 

Drug charges

A woman was charged with drug abuse and drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop in the 15600 block of Delaware Avenue at around 3 a.m. Dec. 15.

Drunken driving

A man was charged with operating a vehicle under intoxication and drug abuse after he crashed the vehicle he was driving near Garfield Middle School at around 4:40 a.m. Dec. 15. No one was injured in the crash.

Woman robbed at ATM

A woman told police that a man robbed her at the ATM at the Key Bank on Warren Road at around 1 p.m. Dec. 16.

Kids throwing eggs at cars

Police received a report of children on the roof of El Tango Taqueria throwing eggs at passing cars below at around 9:20 p.m. Dec. 16.

Burglary

A man was charged with burglary after he broke into at least one apartment in a building in the 11800 block of Lake Avenue at around 11 p.m. Dec. 16.
