Lakewood Police: Have You Seen This Man?

Wanted in connection to a May 29 burglary at the Shell Gas Station.

The is asking for the public’s help in cracking a case of a burglary at the at the intersection of W. 117th Street and Clifton Boulevard in the early morning of May 29.

According to the police report, officers responded to a burglar alarm at the gas station around 5:30 a.m., and learned from witnesses that two men broke the glass of the store, before getting away on foot.

One suspect — described by witnesses and captured on a surveillance camera — was tall and thin wearing a dark shirt with a red and white design on the front.

He broke the glass of the store, and took an undisclosed amount of cash from the register.

The other man, who may have been acting as a lookout, was described as smaller, heavier man wearing a black shirt with a marijuana leaf on it.

Both were last seen running from the gas station toward .
