Wanted: Have You Seen Any of These People?

Lakewood Police Department adds to its most-wanted list. Charges include theft, forgery and drugs.

The Lakewood Police Department recently added five new people to the city's . They were chosen based on the seriousness of the charges and the likelihood they are in the Lakewood area.

Suspects should be considered dangerous. Those who come into contact with the suspects are recommended not to attempt to apprehend them.

“It helps (catch suspects) if people look at it,” said Lakewood Police Chief Timothy Malley said, adding that many of the suspects listed aren’t Lakewood residents. “We can’t pick and choose who commits the crimes.”

Law Enforcement Agencies must confirm the wanted status with the Lakewood Police Department prior to arrest.
