Lakewood Man Faces Serious Drunken Driving Charge

Trial is expected to begin for man accused of driving his car through a Riverside Drive home on St. Patrick's Day.

A 30-year-old Lakewood man faces some serious charges, accused of driving his car through a Riverside Drive home while drunk on St. Patrick’s Day.

The trial of Wesley Woods is set for Tuesday. 

He’s charged with two felony counts of aggravated vehicular assault and driving under the influence of alcohol.

According to prosecutors, Woods registered a .201 blood-alcohol content — about three times the legal limit.

Woods and two passengers were injured during the incident.

His bond was set at $20,000 in June, according to Cleveland.com.
