Creepy situation: Police received a report of a man who was naked — except for a bra he was wearing — and “trying to talk to school kids” walking home from Grant Elementary School at around 4 p.m. May 28. Police are investigating.
Assault: A man broke out the window of a car in the 16000 block of Detroit Avenue and punched its occupant in the face before fleeing at around 11:30 p.m. May 27. Officers caught up with the man and charged him with criminal damaging, disorderly conduct and assault.
Breaking and entering: Copper pipes were reported stolen from a home in the 14400 block of Bayes Avenue at around 8:30 p.m. May 28.
Felonious assault: A woman was arrested and charged with felonious assault after stabbing a man in the 1300 block of Hall Avenue at around 11 a.m. May 29. The man was taken to Fairview Hospital with unreported injuries.
