Calling Hours, Memorial Service Set for Sherwon Wanzo
Lakewood High School senior was gunned down Sunday after he left a party on Cleveland's west side.
The funeral and calling hours are set for the 18-year-old student who was murdered by an unknown gunman in Cleveland on Sunday.
The calling hours for Sherwon Wanzo are set for today, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Corrigan Craciun Funeral Home, 14768 Lorain Ave. in Cleveland.
A 10 a.m. viewing is set for Friday, followed at 11 a.m. with a memorial service at St. Paul Church, 4118 Brookside Blvd. in Cleveland.

His classmates will be allowed to miss school to attend the service.
There have been a number of candlelight vigils — including one on Wednesday — at the site where Wanzo was murdered near Bosworth Road and Linnet Avenue on Cleveland’s west side.

Wanzo’s family has set up a fund called the Sherwon D. Wanzo Memorial Fund. Donations can be made at any branch.
